## Note
1. What evidence is there that supports the idea that more intensive curricula are more effective than more stretched-out approaches for learning?
2. What are the benefits of minimal habits for establishing a self-improvement practice?
3. What specific activities constitute "deliberate practice" and how can I apply this to my own learning goals?
## Highlights
- My concern is with #3. Theoretically, it’s easy to ramp up and do more once you’ve started. But in practice, the minimal habit often becomes the destination, not a warm-up for something bigger. And I’m skeptical that such “patient” approaches to practice will reliably result in substantial improvements. ([View Highlight](https://read.readwise.io/read/01h2vw7tx8pa1skf2pmepfsq1b)) ^547603637
